Young Toddlers (12 to 18 months)

The Magnolia Room is a space where ​children are becoming more aware of the experiences around them, and how they can participate in them.  As Magnolia's transition from the infant stages of development, they are becoming mobile, and may be beginning to walk or "toddle." As they become more able to independently discover the world around them, they are nurtured and given the tools to explore.  The classroom routines provide opportunities for group activities like art, sensory exploration, and time for navigating outdoor spaces.
