​In-person tours will be conducted during school hours.

​TFC accepts applications on a rolling basis before
January 31st, 2026. 
​Applications received after this date will still be considered but are more likely to result in a waitlist space, as the enrollment process begins in February.

Submit a Tuition/Enrollment Inquiry

    Please submit this inquiry with your desired enrollment and your child's age or due date.
    Our co-directors, Kate Hudson and Caitlin Maddix, will provide current tuition rates based on your child's age and enrollment availability.

Enrollment Notification

New families will be contacted about their enrollment status by or before April of 2026.  A signed contract, accompanied by a deposit, ensures a child's placement for the 2026-2027 school year.

​Waitlist
When the number of applicants exceeds the number of spaces in a classroom, waitlist spaces will be offered and families who accept these offers will be called from the waitlist as spots become available.  We do often experience some movement on our waitlists, but we cannot guarantee placement for children who are on our waitlist, and we encourage families to have backup options.  

Financial Assistance/Vouchers

TFC is able to accept childcare vouchers through the Community Care for Kids (CCK) program, part of the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care subsidy system that helps income-eligible families afford quality early education and care.

Before applying to TFC, your family will need an active voucher with EEC. Your specific voucher will determine a full or partial tuition subsidy and Parent Fee if applicable.
