Toddlers

In the Willow Room, children come into their own as social connections become more salient and independence develops.  This time of growth is filled with magic and wonder.  The Willow Room team believes that learning at this age happens best through organic play and exploration.  We provide open-ended materials, enticing provocations, and inviting sensory experiences to inspire investigation.  Our outdoor classrooms play a major role in the day to day life of the Willows and extends from the TFC outdoor spaces to the surrounding community. We love to explore neighborhood playgrounds and visit the nearby library branch.  Fresh air and fresh experiences are important elements as our Willows grow throughout toddlerhood.
The Willow Room has a maximum of 9 children with a team of 3 teachers.
