Team Teacher
We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator interested in becoming part of a collaborative community of educators & learners.
This position can begin in January 2026
Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of and appreciation for Reggio inspired emergent curriculum and documentation
  • Prioritize deep and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Interest and/or experience with anti-bias teaching practices
  • Commitment to outdoor education
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching team
  • Actively participate in personal and communal growth in team and faculty meetings
  • EEC teacher or lead teacher certification (or ability to obtain certification)
  • Associate’s degree or higher (preferably in Early Childhood Education)
Position & Benefits

Our school year runs for 10 months from mid-August through mid-June.  We also offer an 8 week summer program that is optional for teachers to join.

Classroom teachers follow a flexible work schedule comprising of 37.5 hours/week (ideal) between the hours of 7:15am and 4:15pm.

As TFC cares for children 8 weeks to 5 years old, we will place the ideal educator with the age group and teaching team that best fits their strengths and interests.
